What is cat enrichment and does my cat need it? In short, cat enrichment is anything that engages your cat mentally and/or physically and stimulates, entertains and gives your cat 'cat work' to do. Cats like to be busy when they're not resting up for the next 'hunt', so it's important to be sure they have plenty to do. Without this, your cat can end up with some behavior and/or health problem like depression, obesity, or a number of other issues.
